It features 100% seamless thermoplastic coating inside the cabinet, double-wall, 18-gauge (1-mm) welded steel construction and a 2-in (51-mm) leak proof containment sump.

ChemCor lined under fume hood cabinets feature a 4-in (102-mm) high by 3-in (77-mm) deep toe kick that allows the user to stand closer to the hood which means less leaning and better ergonomics. The cabinet height of 35-3/4-in (908-mm) includes leg levelers installed and extended 5/8-in (15.9-mm).
